Paulo Soriano is equipped with the skills and experience in delivering high quality Web, .Net and SharePoint applications. Being knowledgeable in development standards, best practices and patterns he can easily provide better solutions and work cohesively with the team. Paulo has already worked on various projects wherein he directly coordinates with the business with less to no liaison in between.

Paulo has over 19 years of extensive software development experience with exclusive focus on business application software for over 19 years. Has expertise in using Microsoft tools and technologies for building multi-tier applications and reusable components. He has been working with the SharePoint platform for over 15 years now, from architecture design to development to deployment and support. He has also over 19 years of experience in developing applications using Visual Basic 6.0 / ASP, extensive experience in Microsoft Office Integrations, extensive experience in Win32 Development, knowledge of .NET Design Patterns, more than 10 years of experience in developing .NET / Web based in C#, ASP.NET, business components and implementation of COM interoperability between existing applications, experience in providing training and mentoring team-members, experience in Object Oriented Programming/Approach/Design and is able to work as a team player. Has 5 years of experience in resource management focusing on capability and capacity. Has pioneered implementation of CMMI Level 3 compliance in a multinational company and is capable of producing CMMI pertinent documents like capacity plans, service delivery quality plans, project delivery quality plan, transition plan, configuration management plan and other documents. Had been travelling to Denmark to coordinate with stakeholders’ plans for several projects he was involved in. His current engagement sees him leading a team of professionals in day to day operations, and is responsible for the quality and timely delivery of their projects. Is currently assigned on an onshore assignment to drive the SharePoint, .net, MuleSoft and DevOps areas for a client.
